MEC, a well-known American manufacturer of scissor lifts, is revived by effort of new ambitious owners. In April 2004 two self propelled electric lifts were launched: 1932ES and 2633ES. By fall 2004, the line included already 7 models.
And that's just the beginning: in early 2006 the company launched a new line of all-wheel drive self propelled MEC lifts.
In the near future, they are going to expand the family by diversifying diesel scissor lift series.
MEC produces high-quality equipment. "When most manufacturers are directing their efforts at aggressively removing cost and ultimately cheapening their machines, MEC is concentrating on reducing service calls and keeping machines up and running," says one of the owners.
